I found the hotel Zara Napoli in a very convenient location, just a short walk from the central train station. The entrance to the hotel itself was uninviting and poorly lit. Noise from the other rooms was an issue too. I could hear other guests quite clearly. Check-in was confusing, and the lack of security made me worry. I believe the hotel needs to address these cleanliness and safety issues to improve the overall experience.

Staying with my 7 kids was enjoyable. we loved that it was just a short walk from Garibaldi station, making it easy to explore Naples. Plus, we were close to fun areas like Lungomare Caracciolo, which was fantastic for family strolls.

In my wife’s opinion, the cleanliness could be improved. The area felt a bit sketchy at night, which made us uneasy while with all the kids.
